Annual General Meeting

The Foundation's Annual General Meeting was held at the Bramley Hill Centre on Wednesday 12th October 2011. To access the agenda for the meeting click here.
The meeting was invited to vote on a Special Resolution to adopt new Articles of Association for the Foundation as recommended by the Board of Trustees. To access the proposed Articles of Association click here. The meeting voted to change the Articles but not by a majority which was sufficient under the Companies Acts to pass the required Special Resolution. The meeting also voted to carry out a further vote on the proposed changeby post. Papers will be sent to members of the Foundation early in 2012.
